Christmas Eve at Hosgood Towers {yes Steve had me slaving away even on Christmas Eve, but I was allowed Christmas day off!)
Hosgood Towers is situated in the heart of rural Swansea, with open fields and sea views (from November to March). It is the perfect location for those wishing for a creative and adventure-filled break (paintbrushes will be supplied, also saws, grout, ladders, angle-grinders and other necessary equipment). We have both double and single rooms available, each tastefully decorated (by the person visiting).
Forthcoming events include, the fitted kitchen jigsaw puzzle - a must for those seeking a break with a bit of a challenge. Then at the end of March there will be a special fitness weekend, for those wishing to improve their furniture-lifting skills.

In the following images we hope to give you a taste of what we have to offer.
Upon arriving you will be faced with the great hallway, with it's black vinyl flooring, and wrought ironwork framing the entranceway.

The stair carpet is of particular interest for its true 1970 splendour, but guests wishing to view this must book early as it is due to be removed.

Next you will be led through this doorway, to view the glory of our new kitchen floor, which replaced the stylish flowered flooring. This floor has taken us (Jane) weeks of hard work, with the Baron Hosgood overseeing, spirit level in hand. (Oi - that's not fair - Steve).

The sink and units for the kitchen are at present on display in the lounge and dining room, along with the 'feature fireplace' The feature fireplace will be remodelled into a home cinema. |

On the first floor amongst the many guest bedrooms is the room which draws most interest and astonishment. This masterpiece can't fail to etch itself into one's memory. The images below can not do justice to the awesome combination of stunning black and orange flower-power tiles and the mustard suite.
