Hi,
IM sat on ... THE BALCONY±! yes, there is a balcony.

I have coffee for the space and was going to remove dead parrot sketch 
type lazer printer
("THis is a deceased, ex printer!")

but, no one in.
Tech hub let me in , but i bounced off our door space.
